It’s 3:20am here in Texas, and I was getting ready for my Sunday meeting with my hiking buddy, Wanting to keep with my promise to myself (and to our class) to meditate more each day and make it a priority.
I decided to replay this meditation since I had a few minutes.
I’ve been a little concerned that I’m getting behind in another online class I’m currently taking and trying to balance my time to complete them both with an upcoming heavy work season on my horizon.
I want to really spend the time and effort with both these projects not rush through them and just go through the motions.
I am SOOOOO grateful that the universe arranged and allowed for me to take the time to do this RIGHT NOW.
When we did this meditation live in class we were laying down.
This time I was sitting up, and in the stillness and quietness of this early “majick”, hour, . . . . what I call “earth energy hour” (before dawn), I could really tap into the feeling again.
My experience was very different this time. I actually kept my eyes open on the BEAUTIFUL video scenes & images that played on the screen during Kai’s soothing voice.
The tears are still running down my face even now, as these waves of release and joy course through my body. It is such a beautiful feeling.
Before starting this meditation today, I didn’t think I was stressed up at all, In fact, I thought I had slept really well and woke with a lot of energy to begin my day.
I guess I just learned a whole bunch abunch about my brain & body.
– – Can’t wait until we work on the heart coherence lesson that Kai mentioned.
The breathing technique was easier, and the part about the “party” was very different from what I experienced during the live event.
Such a great reminder to stay on track and follow through with plans for this new year !
So blessed and grateful to be a part of this group and this class.
Thank you Kai !
p.s.
Loved the video of the dog running through the river – – I felt like I was the one behind the camera throwing the rocks for it to chase. As a professional video camera operator for over 40 years, I’ve done similar things and I could really “be” right there feeling the wind across my face and my body waist deep in the cold river panning the scenes, and smelling the salty air flying above the ocean and through the mountains in a helicopter tied into the seat with a rope around my waist and the camera on my shoulder my feet hanging out on the skids. I brought back some beautiful memories of past times and the places & people who were there leading me as I learnedd these skills.
Listened to this for the second time in a space of no obligation and it was a whole different experience. I actually did this laying down where my first experience in the LIVE call I did it seated. I felt more in my whole body. I was able to relax and release on a deeper level and the breathwork felt more like a sense of heart held vibration. SO thankful for these recordings!
