So disapointed that I had to miss this one live !
Yet, the replay was still fantastic.
During the meditation with Dr. Joe, I would getthe images of pulling the energy up to my heart and brain then this column of white light would go out of the top of my head andtake it into space.
In the last few rounds, I got a tingly feeling throughout my entire body.
When we settled back down to the box breath, a light violet color filled my vision, swirling in and out of the usual blackness.
So relaxing and beleficial.
Gratefull that I have the replay to revisit it again and again.
A little sad that the next class will be our last.
I have learned so much, and plan to go back to session 1 and start the process over.
